So Much to Love Mid-Century Pewter and Brass Swan Vase

Pewter is rapidly becoming one of my favourite metals, and brass is always welcome. This swan brings them together, and when combined with the Art Deco inspired shape and sweeping form, there is so much to love.

This mid-century piece originates from Hong Kong but feels just as relevant for today. Heavy and sturdy, yet warm to the touch, it has the gentle, solid quality that makes pewter such a pleasure to live with.

  • Very good vintage condition.

    There is some light surface wear, scratches and base marks consistent with age and use but this does not detract from its appeal. Remnants of the original “Made in Hong Kong” label remain.

    No structural damage noted.

  • Style this piece where its style and shape can be appreciated. It works beautifully as a decorative statement piece or with a few simple but colourful stems to highlight its form.
