Some pieces feel impossible to find - the ones you’ve imagined in your home, seen once and never again, or wished you’d bought years ago. My sourcing service exists for exactly those moments.
It’s also perfect for gifting - meaningful, thoughtful, one-of-a-kind pieces that carry story and soul. We all have that person who is hard to buy for, or who already has everything or perhaps you need a special gift for a milestone birthday - something unexpected yet timeless.

It starts with curiosity - what is the feeling, the style, the era or the material you’re drawn to. Whether it’s a specific object or simply a mood you’re trying to create, questions will create your brief to give me the direction I need to begin the hunt.
I search, shortlist and assess
Here is where the magic begins, as I have the knowledge, relationships and time I explore auctions, estate sales, markets, dealers, private sellers and small makers to find a piece or pieces that match your brief. Each potential piece is reviewed for quality, age, condition, authenticity and that intangible spark that makes something special. I will never present anything I wouldn’t proudly curate myself.
You choose your piece
If I can I share a refined shortlist with details, pricing guidance, provenance or story noting that sometimes only one option might be available. My goal is simple - to help you feel confident, excited and certain when choosing the right piece. Less sometimes really is more.
Delivered with care
Once selected, your piece is secured, cleaned, prepared and carefully packaged. Shipping or local collection is arranged and your new treasure arrives ready to be appreciated, styled and enjoyed.

Each package has a simple flat fee. You choose the level that suits your brief - from a quick, light-touch search to a deeper, research-led hunt for rare or collectible items. I look across local sources, online platforms, vintage dealers and auction houses depending on your needs.

For most sourcing projects, no. All packages are offered as straightforward flat fees.
Only when a brief involves rare, highly specific, or auction-level pieces might a small success fee apply - and then, only if the piece is secured. If that applies to your search, I will discuss it with you upfront.

You can buy the item yourself, or I can handle purchasing on your behalf if you prefer. Flat-fee sourcing means there’s no price mark-up on standard items - just transparent recommendations and guidance.

This depends on the package you choose:
The Edit: Up to 3 options
The Find: Up to 5 refined options
The Hunt: A focused shortlist of the best candidates available, plus alternates where possible.
Please note that due to the uniqueness of pieces being sourced, or the time in which I have to source it, it is quite likely that you may only receive one option.

There’s no strict timeline, because the vintage market moves unpredictably - auctions come and go, and special pieces appear when they appear.
What I can promise is that:
I’ll keep you updated
I’ll move as quickly as the market allows
I’ll never rush a recommendation just to “fill a quota.”
If your search is time-sensitive (e.g., a gift) just let me know and I can adjust the approach accordingly.

It happens occasionally. You’re welcome to extend the search or upgrade to a deeper package if your brief turns out to require more time or a broader hunt. Your initial package fee still counts - nothing is wasted.

Yes - completely. I source within your budget and will only show you pieces that fit within what you’re comfortable spending. If something exceptional appears slightly outside the range, I’ll always check with you before recommending it.
