BEGIN THE FIND
    • Preparation of a brief with a mini consultation - I’ll email you a series of considered questions to understand your taste, the feeling you’re looking for and the direction of the search. This includes a face to face meeting either in person or online. Once complete, I’ll prepare a brief for your approval before sourcing begins.

    • A curated shortlist of up to 5 refined options - These are researched, considered finds that closely match your brief. Please remember that we are ideally seeking individual, one-of-a-kind pieces. There may only be a single suitable piece available, so 5 options may not always be possible.

    • Research into maker, era, value and availability - I’ll investigate authenticity, market value, materials, age and context to find out all I can about the story and significance of each piece.

    • Clear purchase guidance - Once you decide on your chosen piece, I’ll guide you through how best to confidently secure it.

  • The Find is a more in-depth, research-led search. I recommend a 4 to 6 week timeframe, which allows enough space for sourcing across wider channels, researching details and presenting options that genuinely fit your brief.
If timing is limited, I can discuss possibilities with you and tailor the approach.

    1. Following your enquiry, I’ll email you a questionnaire and arrange a time to meet to help create your brief.

    2. You review and approve the brief (or provide feedback for refinement).

    3. I begin sourcing - thoughtfully and only once your brief is confirmed.

    4. I present a curated shortlist with detailed notes, research and purchase information.

    5. You select your piece and follow the purchase guidance to secure it.
